At EES we enjoy getting to know our clients and understanding their outdoor living needs and desires. Developing your own unique space requires understanding the client and then understanding the space available.

Once we have reached our contract agreement EES then prepares and presents the required City and or HOA documents..

After  our review we then prepare our final drawings to be used for pricing and presentation.

At EES we believe that project design  development is best achieved with 3 dimensional renderings and concept drawings

3- Design Review & Revision 

EES performs most of the construction work inhouse. This includes

demolition, excavation, concrete foundations, steel and wood framing, masonry and painting.

We use only licensed and insured subcontractors for any work requiring special expertise such as plumbing, electrical and special finish painting. All subcontractors are licensed (when required) and insured.

EES provides a full 2 year warrantee on materials and workmanship. Included in this is an initial 45 day review. At this review we look at components of the project and make corrections or adjustments that might be needed.

We also provide seasonal review of plant material if applicable,.

At the completion of the 2 year period we again review the project and make any repairs that may be needed as a result of improper installation or material defects. Unfortunately our warrantee can not cover owner provided equipment or materials or any repair resulting from normal wear and tar or neglect.
